Open Question: can i get a full tuition to northeastern or fordham?

i was recently awarded the national merit semifinalist status, and im wondering if the other parts of my transcript can possibly reward me with a full tuition to their of those schools. 7 AP classes (10 ap Tests, 4's or better on all) 3.4 GPA unweighted all honors or AP classes 11% class rank SAT 2100 or better, retaking SAT IIs chem 740, math II 740, math I 730 Math team leader/high scorer Academic Decathalon silver medal in math, chem, bronze in economics student life junior yr billiards team junior yr wrestling team freshman, sophomore, senior yr chess team freshman yr 200+ hours community service part time job (15hrs/week) troubling home life autistic brother national honors society national english honors society edmund rice scholar didnt really try as much sophomore or freshman year, shaped up junion yr and received straight A-'s or better in AP and honors classes im trying to figure out if i can get a full tuition scholarship to either of these schools, my primary goal being a full tuition to fordham, based on their national merit scholarship program....
